In this 14-Day program, you will learn the basics of the Sun Salutation. Whether you are a beginner practitioner, an experienced yogi, or a yoga teacher, understanding the foundations of the Sun Salutation will help you strengthen your practice and prepare you to plan meaningful sequences. This course is designed to be taken over 14 days, however participants may take up to 30 days to complete the program. Listen to your body and move through each pose or sequence at your own pace. Props required: Two Yoga Blocks, Bolster (optional)
