Chamomile Tea Can Improve Sleep, Anxiety & Help Healing

Herbal teas have been around for a long time, likely around 5000-6000 years. They're simply an infusion of an edible plant. Drinking tea is an easy addition to your day and holds an array of benefits. Did you know that Chamomile tea can help with diarrhea? Depression  Anxiety? And sleep? There are actually other medicinal uses for it too but in this episode we focus in on the benefits to athletes, people looking to get better sleep and postpartum women.
